Hoarding cleanups need more than labor — they need a structured process protecting both belongings and people.
Every Davis crew can safely identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings.
Every technician holds an active bloodborne pathogen certification for any biohazard uncovered, backed by full liability coverage.
Our Davis dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant hub.
We quote after seeing the scope, so Davis clients know cost before work starts.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and issues vary property to property.
Contamination found during sorting gets identified and remediated using the same certified protocols as any biohazard call.
We work through properties in stages, giving clients a say in what stays.
Mold hidden behind stacked belongings is common in long-term situations and gets flagged as it's uncovered.
Rodent or insect activity found during cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner.
Once sorting is complete, affected areas receive a full sanitization pass.
Salvageable items are coordinated for donation, while non-salvageable material is disposed of properly.
A dispatcher at +1-844-401-0166 asks a few questions before scheduling an in-person walkthrough.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Davis property before any work begins.
On-site, the crew assesses clutter level and biohazard risk, then gives a firm quote.
Work proceeds in phases with client input, closing with a final walkthrough and sanitization confirmation.
